 MD Guide to Common Courtesy We dont have many rules in this kin but here are a few guidelines to an enjoyable and happy in game life: 1. Harrassment, Racism, Homophobia, etc etc will NOT be tolerated in this kin, whether by tells, ingame mail, chat, ventrillo or outside the game. If you are found to be participating in anything of the sort you will be kicked from the kin and any and all evidence passed to the GM's. 2. Treatment of others - Remember you have the MD Kin title under your name ingame, please do not get involved in OOC arguments or any of that other keyboard warrior stuff as it will make us all look bad. If you have a problem with someone else ingame let me know and I will speak to their kin leader. 3. Moonlighting - If you are in this kin and have alts that you are playing on it is expected you have those alts in the kin. To be playing on an alt as a member of another kin is not nice. You are in this kin to play amongst your friends, if you dont want to be playing with your kinnies then this kin is not for you. 4. Ventrillo - The talk on Vent can sometimes involve swearing so it is advised that you use headphones on vent if there is the possibility of anyone in the area being offended. 5. Event Ettiquette - If you sign up for something please try to be there on time or cancel beforehand if you cannot attend, at the very least let the event organiser know as soon as possible afterwards. Now an important one, if you are going to be attending a raid/instance please have the following on you: Hope Pots Battle Scrolls Warding Scrolls The above three are a MUST for all, I do not want to see the same old faces popping for everyone on these runs, if needs be we will start to impliment a popping order but I dont see this should be needed in our kin! The following are items you should all carry to make your own lives longer in game :) Food Red Tea (or other buff food your toon uses) Wound/Fear/Healing/Disease/Poison Pots of the highest strength you can get All of the above can be made by crafters in kin if you provide the mats or ask them so there really is no excuse. check out the following thread showing the available crafters ( Add yourself to the list if you can help out) MD Kin Crafters 6. Loot Rules - When it comes to looting in MD we try to be as fair as possible without the need for some hardcore raiding loot systems. Therefore as you all know you must have a main toon specified, if you are asked to play an alt in an instance you may park your main outside for the rolls. No Alt characters will be eligible to roll on an item if there are mains in the raid that require it. This will allow us to fully kit as many main toons as quickly and as fairly as possible To this end please ensure you have updated your main and alt characters in your profile, this can be found under the forum user cp. 7.
